Brown Sugar is an intimate 48-seater Mediterranean Bistro frequented by locals, foodie enthusiasts and wine lovers; being one of the few restaurants to still offer BYO (wine).
Bringing a small slice of the Mediterranean to Bondi Beach our produce is sourced fresh daily from local suppliers to bring an offering that is unique and seasonal, with a living wine list to match.
